REWI Investors Grows Investment Portfolio with Purchase of Multi Unit

A REWI Investor who was looking to start buying their 1st investment property has quickly scaled up in under 18 months, after joining REWI Apprentice Program, has acquired 4 units in NC to add to overall portfolio with an existing 11 units with ability to expand to 16 Units.

The acquisition has now position the REWI Investor to be financially independent and leave full time job. REWI Investor has hired full time property management to handle the Day to Day aspects and Now is turning her Attention to Fix & Flip transactions with assistance from her REWI Mentors.
